COVID-19: Important information for your stay at our hotel

Ladies and gentlemen,
dear guests,

We take your safety and well-being, as well as the one of our employees, as our utmost priority; therefore we have implemented and adhere to the highest standards of safety, hygiene and disinfection to address COVID-19 in collaboration with international medical experts and following the recommendations of the Robert-Koch Institute and the current Corona ordinance of the Federal Ministry of Austria. Please note that the federal regulations are subject to constant change, therefore all information on this website is without guarantee. We try to keep the information as up-to-date as possible.

An overview of our measures to ensure the safety of our guests and employees in the different hotel areas:


General

 

Who is authorised to stay at our hotel?

Persons who are (fully) vaccinated, recovered or (negatively) tested are authorised to travel.

Is the wearing of a mask mandatory in the hotel?

The wearing of a mouth-and-nose protection is mandatory in most indoor areas that are not subject to the so-called 3-G regulation, i.e. where proof of vaccination, recovery or a negative test result are required for access.

 

Further measures taken by the hotel:

  • Disinfectant dispensers are available in all public hotel areas.
  • Our hygiene measures are signposted and there are markers for keeping the right distance.
  • To protect both our guests and employees, our reception desks are equipped with plexiglass panes.
  • In all public areas, in the fitness area and in the conference area, surfaces with intensive contact such as devices, door handles, lights switches, etc. are regularly cleaned and disinfected.
  • Your rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with certified and virucidal cleaning agents after each stay.
  • In order to minimise contact points and transmission routes, your room is only entered and cleaned every third day. If you would like cleaning inbetween or if you need something, please let our reception team know.
  • In order to guarantee a comprehensive disinfection of your room, we have removed many of the usual movable items from your room. Should you still be missing something, please let us know.

Gastronomy

 

Breakfast

Breakfast will be served as a buffet. However, consumption may only take place at the seat. There currently is mandatory registration and strict access restriction. Please wait in the entrance area and a staff member will be seating you. Breakfast takes place between 6:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.

Current opening hours for our Bar Roque with food and beverages are posted in the lifts. Also our reception team will be happy to inform you.


Wellness & Fitness

 

Swimming pool

The swimming pool is open bewtween 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Due to the current regulations for recreational facilities, registration is mandatory in Austria. Therefore, we kindly ask you to register at the reception for use or to reserve a time slot.

 

Sauna

Unfortunately the sauna remains closed until further notice.

 

Gym

Our gym is open daily between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.

Due to the current regulations for recreational facilities, registration is mandatory in Austria. Therefore, we kindly ask you to register at the reception for use or to reserve a time slot.

Meetings and events

  • Access to gatherings with more than 100 participants, trade and public fairs and congresses requires proof of vaccination, recovery or a negative antigen test certificate no older than 24 hours.
  • Events with more than 100 participants must be announced to the regional administration; and with over 500 participants require authorisation by the authorities.
  • A prevention concept must be developed and implemented for events with 100 or more participants.
  • Depending on the number of participants, we prepare either a buffet or a menu.
  • Coffee breaks: The products are individually packaged for takeaway.
