The BarRoque is a hotel bistro, bar and restaurant in one – and a favourite location for business travellers, hotel guests and visitors to Salzburg. Neo-baroque cosiness and puristic design combine perfectly and make for an exciting contrast. The menu is also refreshingly relaxed and modern: The hotel's head chef refines local dishes creatively with a modern touch. As a matter of course we use regional products without preservatives and meat from animal-friendly production while processing the products in a gentle manner.
Traditional dishes with a modern twist for both small and large appetites
BarRoque's menu is also refreshingly different. For example: Club sandwich with chicken, bacon, cocktail sauce and French fries, thinly sliced fillet of beef with sesame oil, chilli and Asian-style vegetables and mango and lime with coconut-honey ice cream. An original "Wiener schnitzel" is, of course, a permanent fixture on our menu. The special attraction: You can order all the dishes as either a starter or main course and put together your meal exactly as you like.
