Bar Roque at the Wyndham Grand Salzburg Conference Centre Hotel has it all: It is a bar, a bistro and a restaurant all in one. For us, it is a matter of course to use regional products without preservatives as well as organically grown meat, and to process all ingredients in a gentle manner.

Bar Roque's menu is refreshingly different: Club Sandwich with chicken, bacon, cocktail sauce and French fries, thinly sliced fillet of beef with sesame oil, chilies and Asian-style vegetables or mangos and limes with coconut-honey ice cream. It goes without saying that the original "Wiener Schnitzel" is one of our menu's all-time classics. The special clou: You can choose to order any dish from our menu as a starter or a main to create your very own dream menu.
Excellent regional wines and beers, creatively interpreted cocktail classics and the attentive service staff make our elegant bar a favourite among Salzburg's gastronomic scene.
